By accessing or using the Asset Yantra platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. The platform, including the public website, investor dashboard, and algorithmic trading reports, is provided for informational and operational purposes to registered users and authorised administrators only.

1. Authorised Access

Access to the Asset Yantra dashboard is granted exclusively to registered clients and approved administrators. Your login credentials, OTPs, and Client ID are confidential. You must not share, transfer, or disclose these to any third party. Any unauthorised use of your account is your responsibility to report immediately to info@assetyantra.com.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or data; (c) reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform or its data; (d) use automated tools to scrape, index, or otherwise extract platform data without written consent.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Asset Yantra platform — including trade reports, algorithm names, marketing content, brand assets, and dashboard design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Asset Yantra. Reproduction or redistribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

4. Modifications to Terms

Asset Yantra reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

Your privacy is fundamental to how we operate. Asset Yantra collects and processes personal data solely to provide, improve, and secure the platform experience. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Client data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure. We employ industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to client data is restricted to authorised Asset Yantra personnel on a need-to-know basis. We do not store financial account credentials or broker login details.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your data by contacting info@assetyantra.com, subject to any legal retention obligations.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You may also opt out of non-essential communications at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact our team directly.

All investments, including algorithmic trading and portfolio management, carry inherent risk. Past performance of the Asset Yantra Algo or any Asset Yantra-managed portfolio does not guarantee future returns.

Algorithmic Trading (Forex / XAU/USD)

Foreign exchange and gold (XAU/USD) markets are volatile and subject to rapid price movements driven by macroeconomic events, geopolitical factors, and central bank decisions. While the Asset Yantra Algo has demonstrated consistent weekly profitability since launch, individual weeks may result in a loss, as shown in our transparent performance data.

Portfolio Management

Equity and multi-asset portfolio management involves market risk, liquidity risk, and concentration risk. Capital invested in a managed portfolio may increase or decrease in value. Asset Yantra will endeavour to manage risk through disciplined allocation, but cannot eliminate market risk entirely.

Capital at Risk

You should not invest money you cannot afford to lose. The minimum recommended capital for the algorithmic trading service is $1,500 USD. Invest only what is within your risk tolerance and long-term financial plan.
