Asset Yantra Engine is an algorithmic trading software solution made available through web and mobile interfaces by Asset Yantra. It helps clients automate selected trading workflows, sync eligible accounts, review software-generated trade suggestions, and execute actions aligned with their selected objectives and risk profile.
Suggestions or recommendations on Asset Yantra should not be treated as a solicitation to buy or sell securities. These signals do not constitute personal financial advice and do not account for each client's individual objectives, financial condition, or risk profile. Clients should seek guidance from a qualified financial adviser before trading.
Clients are solely responsible for their trading and investment decisions and for validating the information used to make those decisions. The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Asset Yantra does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or suitable for every requirement. Any material obtained through the service is used at your own risk.
Paid plans may be monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual. Subscriptions may renew automatically where enabled. Users may cancel before renewal, but no refunds are granted once payment has been made.
Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations applicable under the Indian Income Tax Act or any other law relevant to their profile. Tax impact is not included in strategy suggestions or projected outcomes.
Asset Yantra shall not be responsible for delays or defaults caused by contingencies beyond its control, including exchange rulings, market suspension, fire, flood, civil disturbance, earthquake, war, strikes, internet failure, systems failure, or governmental action.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of Asset Yantra services are subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, India.
This End User License Agreement applies to all software and services licensed or provided by Asset Yantra, including beta releases, support services, and professional services. The agreement becomes effective on the date accepted by the licensee.
Terms such as Confidential Information, Customer Data, Documentation, Fees, Order Form, Professional Services, Service, Software, and User carry their standard contractual meanings in this agreement and define the licensed use of the platform.
Subject to the applicable subscription, payment of fees, and platform restrictions, Asset Yantra grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the software for the authorized number of users and only for internal business purposes.
Users may not remove proprietary notices, reverse engineer the software, create derivative works, resell it, bypass licensing controls, or use it outside the rights expressly granted.
Licensees are responsible for compliant usage, legality and quality of customer data, security of their own records, and commercially reasonable efforts to avoid unauthorized access. Support and maintenance may be provided according to the then-current support program and may change over time.
The software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the software, services, documentation, and related intellectual property remain vested in Asset Yantra and its licensors.
Subscription fees are non-cancelable and generally non-refundable. Usage beyond contracted limits may require additional fees. The agreement continues for the applicable term and may renew unless non-renewal notice is given. Asset Yantra may suspend or terminate service for breaches, unpaid fees, or platform risk.
The agreement includes standard indemnification obligations, exclusion of warranties, limitations of liability, confidentiality obligations, monitoring rights, assignment rules, notices, governing law, and force majeure protections.
Our software, hereinafter referred to as Asset Yantra Engine, is brought to you by Asset Yantra and is not certified under any regulatory authority because it operates as a SaaS model using open-source indicators and automated logic to derive signals.
There is no solicitation to buy or sell any securities. Please evaluate the outcome independently or consult your financial adviser before using the software. You and you alone remain responsible for any outcome arising from use of the software.
Since the platform automates manual processes, saves time, and provides convenience to users, fees are charged for use of the software product.
